This Re-Cladding project involved replacement of non-compliant ACP with 3mm Solid Aluminium Cassettes, located on a main road in the heart of Sydney, our team utilised a combination of access equipment (EWP's) and Swinging Stage.
Structural Steel was required to one elevation and the building suffered from leaks and delaminating sheets which are now corrected and will no longer be an issue.
We used two joint sizes, and two caulk colours to achieve horizontal continuity as it was designed.
