3G carried out Facade Replacement works to the Newcastle Family Law Courts in January 2021. The project involved removal and replacement of non-compliant polyethylene core ACP utilising Vitradual 3mm Solid Aluminium. The client wanted to retain the existing window detailing, which was flush with the windows, to accommodate this we modified the framing to facilitate the growth from stuck on installation to cassette installation to retain the original look. With the requirement of an expedited programme, the project was carried out from start to finish within a four-week time frame.
