The Facade Replacement utilised Vitracore G2 in four various colours.
Although this replacement is due to non-compliant PE Core cladding requiring replacement, the finish on this project has given this building a bold, clean, refurbished look.
In addition to the Facade Replacement, 3G also carried out some remediation works to the building including;
- framing
- insulation
- roof
- installation of new security screens to the window hoods
- installation of bird spikes.
