Rectification works due to water ingress including;
- Leaking aluminium spandrel
- Leaking windows to four floors
- Concrete and waterproofing failure rectifications, including she-bolts, grout tubes and concrete crack repair
- Roof rectification to foyers and relining and painting works
We were able to create a methodology that allowed us to carry out these works at under half the price to the alternatives offered to the client by consultants
