Removal and replacement of non-compliant cladding installed during initial construction of the building by the builder, which was only 6mm FC and sheets had delaminated from the building to the footpath.
We secured the faulty installation to both sides of the balconies at each end of the building over eight floors, fixed the sub-framing and supplied and installed new 9mm CFC, utilising Exotec framing system.
